Brazilian Thunder Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

4 oz. açai berries, fresh or frozen
8-10 oz. kale juice
1/2 medium apple
1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup mint
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1-inch piece of fresh ginger ( to taste)
8-10 oz. of matcha green tea
1 Lemon juice
Cayenne pepper to taste

4 oz raw coconut water (optional)

Add all ingredients to blender, then purée to desired consistency. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
